Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
ThankSites is a one-time purchase digital product. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals. When you purchase a site, you pay once and your site is published immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because ThankSites delivers a digital product immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not available. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same site (duplicate transaction)
- A technical issue on our end prevented your site from being created or published correctly, and we are unable to resolve it
- The site you received is materially different from what was shown in the preview
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@thanksites.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include:
- The email address used during checkout
- Your transaction ID or receipt (provided by Paddle in your confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellations
Since ThankSites uses a one-time payment model with no subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel. You will never be charged again after your initial purchase. If you no longer wish to keep your published site, you can contact us at support@thanksites.com to request its removal.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Mistakes in your own content (message, names, photos) that could have been corrected using the edit feature
- Dissatisfaction with a template you previewed before purchasing
We encourage you to use the free preview feature to review your site thoroughly before completing your purchase.
